This process has included task forces, speakers from a variety of backgrounds to share their work, experiences, and perspectives, updates to our style guide to reflect the most accurate and respectful ways to describe and report on all communities, and mentorship as part of an effort to support employees and give every person in the organization a path for growth, development, and opportunities for leadership.
As part of our effort to expand our access to a broad set of high performing job candidates, we have expanded our networks, identified new ways to attract candidates, and opened up the hiring process to support a range of perspectives on candidates.
